This executive role shapes product development, manufacturing engineering, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across APC’s operations.

The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with strategic leadership and project execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred but not required; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Engineering, Quality, and EHS functions.
• Establish and govern QMS, design standards, and documentation.
• Oversee product development and manufacturability improvements; drive cost reductions.
• Lead safety program and regulatory compliance, audits, and CAPA.
• Set department objectives, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration.
