Michigan Broadband Services seeks an Engineering Administrative Coordinator to support its growing Engineering team in Carney, MI. This full-time, onsite role reports to the Director of Engineering and blends administrative coordination with project tracking and data management.

The ideal candidate will organize workflows, manage deadlines, and ensure critical information moves efficiently between Engineering and other departments.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects through defined workflows, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Collaborate withDirector of Engineering and other departments to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Coordinate regulatory, funding, and reporting activities and maintain documentation calendars.
• Gather information from internal teams, review submissions for completeness, and follow up on missing data.
• Maintain engineering records, including spreadsheets, databases, maps, and project trackers.
