Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with validation, testing and machine development in an engineering context.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships across Product Groups, Process Partners, and Validation teams to ensure Validation is a key partner in development.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of test engineers.
  • Develop and maintain validation strategies and activity plans with system and global teams.
  • Track program health, risks, and progress; communicate updates clearly.
