Job summary

ANS, a consulting engineering firm in Chandler, AZ, seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead design and execution on utility-scale solar, storage, transmission, and substation projects. Bring engineering depth and a customer-focused mindset to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple concurrent programs.

The ideal candidate will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets while guiding design discussions and interfacing with clients to meet contractual expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Experience managing renewable/utility-scale projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools, Office Suite, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable lead for project delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams (electrical, structural, geotechnical, civil, materials testing).
• Draft, negotiate, and process change orders; review scopes and terms.
