Schreiber Foods is seeking three Engineering Project Managers for our Green Bay, WI office. You will lead cross-functional teams through the EPM process to align vision, goals, and outcomes with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include evaluating projects, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and guiding the team to success. Travel up to 30% and extensive partner collaboration are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering and Project Management.
• Ability to function in a team environment.
• End-user computer skills are expected.
• Travel up to 30% is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams through Schreiber’s Enterprise Project Management (EPM) process.
• Evaluate proposed projects from a business viewpoint and recommend actions to upper management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and government regulations.
• Guide and advise project team members and manage day-to-day activities.
• Develop training programs and support cross-training to grow partner skills.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and provide clear communication.
