Job summary

Penn State University is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for the ARL Information Science Division to lead cost control, schedule tracking, QA processes, and delivery of commitments on classified projects conducted in secure facilities, with on-site work in State College, PA or Reston, VA and potential hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
Experience tracking project cost, schedule milestones, and QA processes.
Ability to coordinate subcontract management and CDRL delivery.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with PIs, PMs, project engineers, and researchers to track cost and schedule milestones and deliver project commitments.
Coordinate subcontract management, including expenditures, invoicing, and CDRL delivery.
Develop and refine project development processes and procedures.
Prepare technical and executive briefings and project reports.
Support ODC tracking and offsite team coordination for commitments.
