Job summary

Energy Steel & Supply Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex projects from order receipt through payment collection. You will coordinate planning, execution, and reporting with internal teams and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management, 3–5 years of PM experience, and preferably PMP certification. You will define milestones, track KPIs, manage risks, and provide clear status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• 3–5 years of related project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards and specifications.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, day-to-day management of assigned projects with regular status updates.
• Determine priorities, allocate resources, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Communicate customer expectations regarding delivery, quality, and documentation.
• Provide regular management reports on contract status, cost, and risk.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
