Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager for Wheeled Systems in Sterling Heights, MI.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or related technical field).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering or project/program management.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience leading complex technical or engineering projects.
• Experience working in defense or aerospace environments.
• Knowledge of EVMS, project budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling tools.
• Experience with critical path analysis and program execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of production-related problem reports and technical issues.
• Drive development, validation, and approval of corrective actions for production risks.
• Coordinate activities with the Joint Change Review Board (JCRB).
• Partner with technical leads to ensure quality and compliance of engineering solutions.
• Serve as primary technical interface for internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
• Support proposal development and RFP responses, including kickoff planning.
• Develop and manage project plans and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across internal teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure alignment of schedules and deliverables with contract requirements.
• Apply Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles to manage scope, schedule, and cost.
• Track and ensure completion of project milestones in alignment with internal processes.
• Forecast engineering resources and manpower requirements.
• Identify, manage, and resolve program risks and critical issues.
• Provide program status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs).
• Interpret and manage contractual scope and technical requirements.
