Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Program and Project Manager in Warren, MI to lead Army-related ground vehicle electronics programs. You will coordinate R&D, testing, and system integration, manage budgets and schedules, and align stakeholders across government and internal teams.

The role requires extensive Army/DoD program experience, strong leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. A security clearance is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing programs or projects in Army, ground vehicle, C5ISR, or embedded systems domains.
• Experience leading development, test, evaluation, or integration activities for ground vehicle systems, electronics, software, and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams of engineers and managers across domains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and enable R&D, test, evaluation, and delivery of ground vehicle electronics and architecture solutions.
• Establish program rhythms, execution discipline, and stakeholder alignment across a diverse portfolio.
• Perform risk assessments and track cost, schedule, and performance; manage stakeholder relations with Government leadership and Booz Allen teams.
