Lippert Components is seeking a Project Manager to lead the engineering project portfolio from intake and scoping through production, coordinating across functions and reporting to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience leading new product development projects, PMP certification, and strong skills in communication, risk management and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading new product development projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from intake through production and closure.
• Communicate status and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage design reviews and gate reviews.
• Continuously improve project management processes with PMO.
