Job summary

Qualifications

ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering required.
Minimum five years of project management or engineering experience.
Knowledge of building, environmental and land-use regulations relevant to ports.
PE license required; PMP preferred; TWIC card upon hire.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, permitting and delivery of capital projects.
Oversee consultants and contractors to meet schedule and budget.
Provide engineering expertise for marine and industrial facilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to support port objectives.
Develop reports, budgets and cost estimates; ensure contract compliance.
Manage design plans, specs and bid/construct phases.
