Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program/Product Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for multiple complex products and platforms.

You will translate product priorities into executable plans, align with Product Managers, and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, security, operations, and vendors to ensure measurable outcomes. The role requires strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint, with a STEM background and advanced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years in program or product manager role.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practices.
Experience using Jira, Confluence or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery for 2–5 complex products, tools, or platforms from requirements to release and operation.
Coordinate multiple Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, architecture, security, operations, vendors, and customer-facing teams.
Proactively manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and critical-path decisions with clear status and recommendations.
