Job summary

Agiliti, located at the Milwaukee Design Center, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and drive complex project delivery. The role offers exposure to senior leadership, and a collaborative culture that emphasizes strategic programs and accountability.

The candidate will manage integrated plans, coordinate with Engineering, Quality/Regulatory, Certification, and Leadership teams, and ensure projects align with PMO standards while balancing

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 6+ years in project management and operations leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Background in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and financial impacts to stakeholders
• Drive process improvements, change management, and team alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and schedule goals
• Ensure alignment with PMO standards, including planning, execution, and deployment

What You Will Do in This Role?
