Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an Engineering Project Manager in Leola, PA to lead complex programs from initiation through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources while coordinating with engineering, design, manufacturing, IT, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a technical field and 3 years PM experience
  • Associate degree with 8 years PM experience
  • High school diploma with 12 years PM experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on equipment installation, commissioning, or removal projects
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
  • Ability to establish project plans and monitor progress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of financial analysis
  • Knowledge of production processes and costs
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
  • Knowledge of SAP and Stage Gate is preferred
  • PM training including risk, quality, scheduling is preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, defining clear goals and deliverables.

  • Mentor other project managers and elevate the engineering project management discipline.
Qualifications
  • Requires one of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering, business, or a technical related field of study and three (3) years of project management related experience, OR
  • Associate degree and eight (8) years project management related experience, OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent and twelve (12) years of project management related experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands‑on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, or removal projects
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
  • Ability to establish project plans, regularly monitor and track progress on work projects, and communicate with project partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with general supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job‑related processes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply financial analysis
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Stage Gate preferred
  • Project management training or training in project management related fields to include risk, quality, and scheduling preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
