Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to oversee fenestration projects, review drawings, and coordinate shop drawings using CAD software. You will mentor junior staff and support Production Control, Shop, and Field teams during manufacturing and installation.

Responsibilities include managing estimates, project status reporting, client meetings, and ensuring timely, cost-effective project delivery with rigorous documentation and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or an equivalent path with required years of fenestration experience.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities for assigned projects.
• Review drawings and apply engineering principles to shop drawing creation.
• Mentor junior staff and support production and field teams.
• Attend client meetings and manage project documentation.
• Develop strategic plans to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
