Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementing organizational values, philosophy, mission, strategy, policies, organizational standards, across responsibility areas to achieve the company vision.
• Applying the procedures in the areas under the responsibility, to ensure compliance with them.
• Improving business processes, to make robust and efficient processes.
• Confer with Management, Production, or business unit staff to discuss project specifications or procedures.
• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department focused on Continuous Improvement Techniques.
• Update and share weekly Manpower documents in the organization.
• Support the update of the "Price per Vehicle" documents based on production and manpower.
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Direct the application of the Project Management methodology in the business unit.
