Location can be Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC, with travel between offices. Ideal candidate has 15+ years in engineering project management with leadership experience and strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting engineering with 10+ years in project management.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams and vendor management.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Talent development of current and future engineering project management personnel.
• Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring to project management staff.
• Maintain staff levels to meet project requirements and recruit when needed.
• Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and contract requirements.
• Lead delivery of margins and cash performance across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts to realize enterprise strategy.
