Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in engineering, construction, or technical project support.
• Exposure to secure or compliance-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and document control for project teams.
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with design review coordination.
• Organize project files, ensure version control, and handle secure document workflows.
• Log and distribute RFIs, submittals, and responses with proper routing.
• Prepare meeting notes and support contracts and subconsultant documentation.
• Adhere to secure communication protocols for CUI and sensitive data.
