Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Early career experience via internships, co-ops, or up to 2 years professional work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple workstreams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable with online meetings.
• Ability to take ownership, learn from feedback, and complete tasks.
• Resilience when priorities shift or problems arise.
• Familiarity with project plans, timelines, or Gantt charts.
• Comfort with Monday.com, PLM systems (Arena), and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, action lists, and dashboards in Monday.com for new product development projects following our ISO 9001 stage gate process.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities between Plymouth and Suwanee teams via online meetings and shared project tools.
• Lead recurring virtual project meetings and track decisions, owners, due dates, and action items.
• Monitor scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and priorities; escalate issues as needed.
• Translate engineering plans into manufacturing actions for prototypes and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate design reviews, product certification activities, and documentation releases.
