Job summary

Nederman Holding USA, Inc in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Coordinator to assist the Project Manager on smaller engineering or manufacturing projects, with focus on planning, integration, liaison and control to meet budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include managing projects under $100k, hosting meetings, drafting documentation, order entry as needed, and supporting PMP or Six Sigma certified processes; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred and 0–2 years experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business or Technical field preferred
• Entry level – 2 years of experience working in a project-based engineering or manufacturing environment
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Six Sigma Certification is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Project manage projects less than $100k
• Responsible for planning, implementation, integration, liaison, and control activities on assigned projects
• Successfully execute multiple concurrent projects while meeting planned budgets and schedules
• Assist Project Manager or Senior Project Managers as needed during project execution (expediting, documentation, etc.)
• Host meetings as needed
• Perform order entry activities as needed
