Job summary

ReadyFlo is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the engineering department from initiation through completion. You will set up and maintain projects in internal systems, coordinate documentation, and assist with schedules, BOMs, and cross-functional communication.

You will work with procurement, fabrication, assembly, QA, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery, track costs, and help identify issues impacting execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in production/manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read BOMs, schedules, PO, and project docs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain projects in ERP and internal systems.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Track material requirements and POs; assist with BOMs.
• Communicate project status across departments.
• Support cost tracking and potential impacts to PM.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and customers.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Assist with other duties to support project execution.
