Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Four years of civil engineering design and construction experience.
• State of Kansas Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with highway and bridge projects preferred.

• Manage permitting, QA, and regulatory compliance.
