Description

We seek an experienced Engineering Project Manager to oversee the design and implementation of various projects, ensuring timely, high-quality results. You will impact internal and cross-functional projects, working closely with engineers and business partners, leading projects of all sizes, coordinating meetings, and overcoming hurdles through effective collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar
• Experience with collaboration tools like Quip, Confluence, Slack
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile)
• Experience in High Tech or Retail industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and write Japanese
• Experience working with third parties
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders
• Leadership skills to act and provide goal-oriented direction amid ambiguity
