This remote-first role may require occasional on-site support at Fort Belvoir, VA, and serves as the primary technical interface with the Government. The position demands 15+ years in DoD engineering or acquisition programs, proof of Systems Engineering experience, PMP and ITIL certifications, U.S.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of DoD engineering or acquisition program experience.
• Systems engineering background with governance responsibility.
• Active or interim SECRET clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and program management for PD BECS engineering, cybersecurity, and modernization.
• Serve as the Contractor's primary technical interface with the Government.
• Oversee execution of all contract engineering activities and ensure schedule adherence.
• Provide systems engineering oversight and strategic planning support.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance within baselined constraints.
• Ensure alignment between DoW/Army Enterprise and PD BECS architectures.
