Linamar Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to oversee engineering projects from conception to execution. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and technical excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years of PM experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. CAD experience is preferred, and a focus on continuous improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering project or program management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI).
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: CAD experience in engineering design processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects through all phases of development, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Work closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company policies.
