Apple is seeking a self-motivated and detailed-oriented experienced Engineering Program Manager who will play a central role in the delivery of Audio Products features. In this dynamic position, you will drive the end-to-end execution of software and embedded firmware development plans throughout the product development lifecycle and delivery stages. We are looking for someone who is striving for excellence and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes.Strong communication skills across and between a diversity of teams and team members are critical. You will interact with a wide array of software engineering teams plus hardware engineering, EE, marketing, manufacturing, and other resources inside and outside Apple to create extraordinary products.- Develop and lead all aspects of comprehensive project plans- Identify and address conflicting motivations and priorities of multidisciplinary engineers to converge on designs, schedules, and strategies, driving cross-team consensus and directing deliverables to conclusion- Identify and drive program multi-functional dependencies between teams- Grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into a practical form for executive management- Maintain an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration
