LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional engineering programs within a manufacturing environment. This role oversees program execution from concept through production, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.

You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and quality.

Formación

• Experience managing engineering programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development, and production launches.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and KPI reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
