Qualifications

This role will support the PMO organization and NPI portfolio by coordinating project planning, tracking execution against key milestones, managing project documentation, facilitating cross-functional communication, supporting governance reviews, and developing status reporting for leadership. Day-to-day activities include schedule management, risk and issue tracking, resource coordination, meeting facilitation, and preparation of executive-level project updates.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Project Management, or related field.
Years’ Experience Required: 5–8+ years of project/program management experience, preferably supporting medical device development or regulated product development.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Reviews status of projects and budgets; and prepares status reports. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
