• Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.
• Ensure completion of required work products at various gates of project phases.
• Responsible for project configuration and change management execution.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will report directly to the Executive Vice President and be responsible for managing the activities and projects of various programs. As a small private company, these projects will necessarily vary in size, scope, and technical difficulty. This role requires adaptability to shifting priorities of external and internal customers to achieve management objectives across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and business system development.
