Job summary

Danview Tech in Shelby Township, MI, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, timelines, and budgets and ensure milestones align with corporate goals.

Ideal candidates have proven PM experience, strong leadership, and automotive manufacturing exposure. A B.S. in Engineering and PMP or similar certs are a plus.

Hours: Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience in engineering.
• Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects with defined scope, timelines, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize project management processes and team performance.
• Manage design, manufacturing processes and documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project success.
• Communicate progress with updates, status reports, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Oversee QA processes to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
