Job summary

Agiliti is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead complex engineering initiatives at the Milwaukee Design Center. You will develop integrated project plans, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Certification, and Leadership teams, and drive priorities, risks, and timelines across stakeholders.

You will bring a technical bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of project management experience, and strong communication and stakeholder skills. Travel up to 25% is expected in this role.

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in project management and operations leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Background in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects from kickoff to implementation.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans using PM best practices.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality/Regulatory, Certification, and Leadership teams.
• Communicate priorities, risks, timelines, and financial impacts to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, change management, and team alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.
• Ensure alignment with PMO standards, including planning, execution, and deployment.
