Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Project Leader to manage moderately complex engineering projects with minimal direction. You will provide project management and technical direction to ensure timely implementation of initiatives, leading cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, leading meetings, tracking milestones, presenting status to executives, identifying risks, and coordinating with suppliers and global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering experience in related field.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering.
• Experience designing mass-produced products.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple moderately complex projects and direct teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and agendas; facilitate meetings.
• Provide status updates to executives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify project risks and drive mitigation with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers.
