Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks an Engineering Product Technician in Chandler, AZ to support product development, testing, validation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure designs meet performance and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in engineering technology and 2+ years in a manufacturing/engineering setting, plus proficiency with CAD tools and MS Excel. Competitive salary with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field required or preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment is a must (2+ years).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with product development, testing, and validation activities.
• Create, maintain, and update engineering documentation and BOMs.
• Build, assemble, and evaluate prototypes; collect and analyze test data.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality improvements.
• Coordinate ECRs/ECOs and collaborate with manufacturing to improve production efficiency.
