Job summary

Emerson is seeking a hands-on engineering internship in the United States. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) in-person, supporting product lines, learning markets, and helping teams with training, tools, and collateral for local strategies and pricing.

You will gain exposure to sales, customer care, and operations while contributing to product launches and competitive analysis within a structured internship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in engineering.
• 0 years of related experience.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products & product lines.
• Develop knowledge and expertise with the world area sales channel, customer care, and operations for assigned products and technology.
• Create digital tools, training, and collateral to help train new field sales & inside sales on local product and feature strategies, portfolio tiers, pricing, and local competition.
• Assist in the launch of new products and features in local markets and evaluate sales channel readiness to sell assigned products
• Work closely with world area sales management to host customer visits at local factories, sales offices, or customer sites
• Capture market intelligence on industry trends and competition
• Participate in pricing and discount structure strategy & execution.
