Job summary

DeLisaGroup is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to oversee engineering and new product development from concept through commercialization. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-impact products.

The role requires directing a high-performing team, setting priorities, and driving improvements in quality and speed-to-market in a manufacturing environment. A strong track record in design validation, DFMEA, and PPAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading products from concept through commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, validation, DFM/DFA, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, and change management.
• Experience with CAD, ERP, and PDM/PLM systems.
• Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
