Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Bloomington, IN seeks a senior bioprocess expert responsible for technology transfer, process optimization, and lifecycle management of manufacturing operations. You will partner with Process Development, Manufacturing, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant, efficient production and successful product delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing process data, authoring batch records, and mentoring junior staff while supporting risk assessments and change controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field required with 4+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
Experience with GMP scale process descriptions and batch records.

Responsibilities

Provide SME support for Drug Substance operations including bioreactor, chromatography, and filtration.
Review GMP process data and create process flow diagrams.
Lead documentation review and ensure accuracy of technical records.
