Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER Sector Integration division seeks an Engineering Process Excellence Lead to strengthen engineering processes, data quality, and standard practices across CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and product structures. You will drive cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT teams.

Travel up to 50% is expected. The role also focuses on governance, training, and change adoption to enable future automation and CTO/ETO initiatives in the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years of engineering experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with CAD solid models and drawings for electromechanical products, plus cross-functional project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve standard engineering processes for CAD models, drawings, BOMs, engineering changes, and product releases.
• Establish project priorities, governance, metrics, and implementation plans.
• Lead data integrity and process-improvement initiatives across multiple teams and locations.
