Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking an Engineering Process Specialist to coordinate change management within the engineering design team and drive continuous improvement across processes. The role emphasizes ensuring timely project deliverables and keeping processes aligned with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, strong communication, and a background in lean principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field strongly preferred (or equivalent advanced experience).
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and lean principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate change management processes for the engineering design team.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust engineering processes and systems.
  • Provide training to engineering and other departments on new processes and standards.
  • Serve as a coordinator to ensure clear and transparent communication between all departments.
  • Independently analyze and resolve complex engineering process bottlenecks.
  • Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to meet business goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for non-conforming products.
