The Foundry Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for the deployment of continuous improvement throughout the foundry. The focus of tools, training, method, and process is intended to drive cultural change in the organization. This position will directly impact process controls, process monitoring, operational efficiency, and operations cost reduction.

Some Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or adjacent discipline
  • Experience in a continuous improvement leadership and/or manufacturing role with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience leading significant projects as a project leader and as a participant or mentor for a variety and depth of impactful projects.
