Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or closely related field and significant college-level teaching experience.
• Minimum of 18 years as a practicing engineer in industry.
• Experience teaching undergraduate courses and developing instructional techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise with industry and two-year partner institutions.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses and oversee course outcomes for selected subjects.
• Support the Texas A&M Engineering Academies at Collin College in Allen, TX.
• Develop and implement improvements to instructional techniques.
• Participate in first-year faculty meetings and advise undergraduate students and student organizations.
