Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of project management experience in a refinery or chemical plant setting.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership in managing 1–3 direct reports.
• Experience with bids, cost estimating, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from planning through completion.
• Prepare bid packages and manage evaluation of equipment inquiries.
• Control expenditures within project budgets and track progress against schedule.
• Lead project engineers, coordinators, and draftsmen to deliver on time.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with standards and contracts.
• Coordinate resources and third‑party contractors to meet deadlines.
