Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project-management or project-leadership experience involving manufacturing process or equipment improvement.
• Experience leading projects from definition and concept development through equipment or process implementation.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement and equipment-design projects across the complete lifecycle, from opportunity definition to manufacturing acceptance.
• Develop objectives, business cases, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership for design, tooling, and automation development.
• Manage installation, startup, validation, and production-line startup across sites and suppliers.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive productivity improvements and sustain project benefits over time.
