Job summary

LHH in Phoenix is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead capital projects from concept through construction and commissioning. You'll own projects, collaborate with engineers and contractors, and deliver tangible results for communities.

The role requires wastewater or water infrastructure experience, an engineering-related degree, 5+ years of PM/engineering/construction experience, and proven ability to manage $100K+ projects. PE license and ADEQ permitting knowledge are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital projects (100K+).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in engineering, construction, or PM roles in water/wastewater infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from start to finish, from planning to commissioning.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope, and risk for projects.
• Partner with engineering consultants and construction teams.
• Review designs and technical documents.
• Support permitting and regulatory approvals.
• Oversee construction progress and quality.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
