Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Program Manager to lead enterprise PLM transformation programs for strategic North America clients. The role requires delivery discipline, stakeholder coordination and risk management to modernize platforms and ways of working that power product innovation.

You will manage large programs, coordinate blended teams, and embed AI-powered PLM practices while building long-term client value and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years managing complex engineering, IT or digital transformation programs, including PLM delivery.
• Program Manager-level experience with multi-site or vendor-supported programs and client accountability.
• Strong financial discipline across budget tracking, forecasting, scope, change control and contracts.
• Experience with major PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras).
• Ability to blend delivery management with advisory input, executive reporting and growth enablement.
• Experience leading onshore–offshore delivery models across NA and global locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage large PLM transformation and Digital Continuity programs from mobilization through deployment and stabilization.
• Serve as a key client-facing program leader for sponsors, program owners and Capgemini leadership.
• Control governance, budgets, risks, scope, change and value realization.
• Coordinate blended onshore–offshore teams with clear accountability and quality gates.
• Create structure across integrated plans, milestones, backlog and reporting.
• Support advisory and delivery-led growth through proposals, renewals and expansions.
• Embed AI-powered PLM practices and augmented-engineering readiness.
• Build trust with clients and teams via clear communication and collaboration.
• Bring client centricity and delivery ownership to complex decisions and risks.
• Lead with One Capgemini, end-to-end ownership across geographies and partners.
