Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS in Owego, NY seeks an Engineering Planner Staff (E4) to lead department planning and analytics for Naval Helicopter programs. You will drive workforce planning, collect metrics, and coordinate with technical leads and program managers to ensure schedule integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, strong communication, and proficiency with planning tools. This position is hybrid, local to Owego, NY, and requires eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant planning or scheduling experience.
• Proficient with LM Vemo Planning and Analytics tool.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with PM Compass, Cobra, wInsight, Tableau, GenBOE, or Atlassian tools.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate department engineering planner activities and workforce planning.
• Collect and present metrics to senior leadership and program managers.
• Analyze workforce planning reports to support staffing projections.
• Track actuals against staffing plans weekly and monthly.
• Support Earned Value Management, Work Package, and Control Account Management.
