Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Data Center Engineering Technician to safeguard mission-critical facilities. You will operate and maintain the data center infrastructure to support near-constant uptime and reliability across global services.

You’ll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment, standby diesel generators, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, CRAC, cooling towers, pumps, and motors, collaborating across teams to keep the cloud running smoothly.

Formación

• Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in data centers.
• Experience with standby diesel generators and fuel systems.
• Familiarity with three-phase electrical systems (switchgear, UPS, PDUs).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and troubleshoot mission-critical facilities in data centers.

Engineering Technicians are Amazon’s front line when it comes to hands‑on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting. They will maintain, operate, and troubleshoot, Data Center Operation’s Mission Critical Facilities, which includes stand‑by diesel generators and related fuel systems, as well as three phase electrical systems such as: switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, wet cell batteries and associated systems, CRAC, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers/water chemical system, air handlers and associated systems, pumps, & motors.
