Boardwalk IG Management LLC, through Estate Yountville, seeks an Engineering Operations Manager to lead the Engineering Department’s daily operations, systems, and reporting. You will partner with hotel leadership to align preventive maintenance, work orders, and compliance with Estate Yountville standards.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, dashboards in Excel, and cross-functional collaboration with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, and Spa to ensure guest spaces and facilities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, building operations, property operations, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data organization.
• Experience implementing or improving maintenance management or work-order software.

Responsabilités

• Organize and improve Engineering Department systems, workflows, documentation, and reporting.
• Implement and maintain software, work-order, preventive maintenance, and tracking systems.
• Develop schedules, trackers, SOPs, checklists, and reporting tools to improve accountability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records for equipment, vendors, inspections, service contracts, and compliance requirements.
