Job summary

Dow is seeking undergraduate and graduate engineering students for Internship/Alternating Term Co-op opportunities in Operations to start in the upcoming Spring, Summer, or Fall term. Roles span Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Materials/Metallurgical engineering, with extensive hands-on experience in process operation and optimization.

You will work within Dow's manufacturing and engineering teams, tackling real-world problems, safety, and sustainability initiatives across locations

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Material Science/Metallurgical Engineering.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations; perform process troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Assist with maintenance, yield and process improvements, safety enhancements, and project implementation in manufacturing environments.
