IMEG Corp. is seeking a Student Clerk to support engineering and administrative projects on a part-time basis in Long Island. You will assist surveying tasks, document decisions, and help with research and administrative duties under senior staff supervision.

The position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to learn surveying and civil engineering workflows, and exposure to multiple disciplines within engineering consulting.

Qualifications

• Interest in engineering consulting and design.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surveying tasks including construction staking and topographic surveys.
• Research resources for commercially available equipment.
• Support administrative tasks for surveying, civil engineering, or office tasks.
• Document project decisions, meetings, and team instructions.
• Review project documents for accuracy and completeness.
