Johnson Memorial Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England, is seeking an Engineering Office Coordinator to support preventive maintenance and budgeting activities within the Engineering Department. The role focuses on coordinating office functions, maintaining training records, and computerizing construction budgets while contributing to quality care and dependable hospital operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• 2+ years experience in an Engineering/Construction office environment.
• Knowledge and experience in the Preventive Maintenance Program; working knowledge of word processing and database software such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering office functions.
• Assist in developing engineering operating budgets.
• Maintain training records for hospital/department mandatory topics.
• Computerize construction budgets and monitor drawdown schedules.
• Contribute to the hospital's quality care and human dignity philosophy.
• Demonstrate dependability to support efficient hospital operations.
